UTILITY LABORER
Experienced in all types of site and utility construction, especially installation of water, drainage, sewer, and underground electrical systems. Work involves being around heavy equipment, using trench shoring systems, and operating specialized tools.
Up to $39.00/hour, depending on experience and ability.
HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR 1 - GENERAL SITEWORK
We’re looking for an operator skilled in all aspects of general site construction—cuts and fills, trenching, backfilling, and loading trucks. Utility experience is helpful. Must be comfortable running dozers, excavators, wheel loaders, and site trucks. Massachusetts 3A Hoisting License required.
Up to $42.00/hour, based on qualifications.
HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR 2 - UTILITY FOCUS T
his is a position for an experienced operator with deep utility background. Must be highly competent in utility installation within public roadways and understand the flow of underground work. Massachusetts 2A Hoisting License required.
Up to $50.00/hour, based on experience.
CONCRETE FORMAN
Working foreman position. Must have the ability to lead a crew and work hands-on with layout, handset and gang form installations, reinforcement install, and concrete placement. Experience in structural slabs and limited flatwork is required.
Up to $50.00/hour, depending on ability and leadership.
CONCRETE LABORER
We need concrete laborers with experience in form setting, rebar installation, and placement/finishing of walls and slabs. This position includes all duties associated with concrete construction in a fast-paced environment.
Up to $42.00/hour, based on experience.
TRUCK DRIVER - CRANE TRUCK
Operate a triaxle boom truck with rear-mount knuckleboom crane. Haul trailers with heavy equipment, formwork, and precast materials. Some laboring is part of the job. Must be able to work full-time hours with some overtime.
Requirements:
- MA CDL A License
- MA 1A Hoisting License
- License for cable hoist (or be able to obtain)
Up to $45.00/hour for the right candidate
$5,000 SIGNING BONUS
YARD LABORER
Help keep the operation moving. This position includes pickups and deliveries of tools and small equipment to job sites, maintaining an organized and clean yard, cleaning equipment, and keeping track of inventory. Must be reliable, neat, and organized. Knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus.
Valid Massachusetts Class D Driver’s License required.
Up to $24.00/hour, depending on experience.
HEAVY MECHANIC & TRUCK MECHANIC
Full-time mechanic position for a sitework contractor. Must be fully experienced in maintaining and repairing heavy construction equipment and trucks. This job involves both shop and field work, including diagnostics, welding, and emergency jobsite repairs.
Looking for someone who can take ownership of the fleet and stay ahead of breakdowns.
Up to $55.00/hour, based on skill and experience.
